The Heart of Iowa Activities Conference released All-Conference honors teams for the 2023 volleyball season with five Rams being selected.
On the All-Conference first team are senior Kaylee Stalder and junior Emma Shipley. On the second team, junior Violet Reedy was selected. Senior Graci Cooklin and junior Payton Kokenge were chosen as honorable mention.
The Rams placed third in the HOIAC with a 5-2 conference record, finishing 15-13 overall. Nevada led the conference with a 7-0 record with Roland-Story in second with a 6-1 conference record. ~courtesy of The Scranton Journal
